Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

Digital product
Sofie's Animal World is a digital interactive children's book intended for household use by children ages 1–5 with adult supervision. No physical item is shipped.
License
A purchase provides one household with a personal, non-transferable right to access the book. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, copy or share access outside your household.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown during checkout.
Refunds
If you experience a technical problem that prevents access, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to restore access. If we cannot provide a working product, we will issue an appropriate refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Parent or guardian
The purchaser must be an adult. External links, purchases and account support are intended for grown-ups.
